An incredibly prolific bloomer, this ground cover rose is a vivid spot of color from spring until winter. Low, dense foliage on mounding with velvety, carmine red 2 inch wide flowers with bright yellow centers. Foliage is highly disease resistant, tinged red at first, then fading with age to emerald green with burgundy edges. Deciduous shrub. Full sun. Fast growth 2 to 2½ feet tall and 3 feet wide.
