Easy Lemon Cheesecake
Wind & Willow Lemon Cheesecake Mix
8oz frozen whipped topping, thawed
8oz cream cheese, softened
graham cracker crust
Mix cream cheese, whipped cream and Lemon Cheesecake Mix, mixing well. Pour into prepared graham cracker crust. Sprinkle enclosed topping then chill.
You can also omit the crust, mix the other 3 ingredients and serve as a dip for shortbread or vanilla wafer cookies!
